An immersive display designed to offer a true-to-life experience
Station IX uses “Reflected Reality” to build virtual spaces with an accurate sense of 3D and depth.
Station IX, created by Imagine 4D, is an immersive 3D display environment designed to ensure effortless collaboration in training and visualization scenarios. Users are immersed in highly realistic, shared virtual experiences and can view high-value 3D content without the need for head-mounted displays.
With true depth perception and a 280-degree field of view, Station IX is a window into another world.
Station IX uses purpose-built curved mirrors to deliver the most realistic and immersive VR experience possible. We call this Reflected Reality. No head-mounted devices are required to view the 3D content inside the dome, but can be easily complementary to existing VR solutions.
Station IX combines high-resolution 3D imagery on multiple display channels with a high fidelity sound system to create immersion and true depth perception.
Station IX is a collaborative virtual environment that can accommodate multiple users. Since there are no headsets required to view the 3D data, users can easily interact with each other in situations where eye contact is required. This makes Station IX ideal for collaborative design reviews, high-value training purposes or product/project presentations.
